About the event
For over 15 years the Winchester Steel Drum Band has opened the Canal Wincherster Labor Day Festival. There's no better way to kick off this end-of-summer festival than with an afternoon brought to you by the islands. Sit back, kick off your shoes (optional), and enjoy the music!
